1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification and also extension of time to surrender of Petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently in order dated 17.08.2026, year of the P.S. Case number has been wrongly reflected as “2019” instead of “Ghantapada P.S. Case No.136 of 2026”.
4. In view of the same, P.S. Case number reflected in order dated 17.08.2026 be read as “Ghantapada P.S. Case No.136 of 2026”.
5. The period for surrender of the Petitioner is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.
6. Rest part of the order dated 17.08.2026 remains unaltered.
7. Learned Court in seisin shall act in terms of the order dated 17.08.2026, as modified and the order passed on this day (21.08.2026).
8. Inconvenience caused to the Petitioner is regretted.
9. Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.
