ORDER
17.08.2026
01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.02 of 2020 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Bhapur arising out of Fategarh P.S. Case No.02 of 2020 for commission of offences punishable under Section 384/ 420/ 465/ 468/ 34 of the IPC.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner was before this Court in ABLAPL No.966 of 2020 and this Court by order dated 10.02.2022 directed the release of the Petitioner and it is further stated that because of overwhelming circumstances, the Petitioner could not avail the said order. As in the meanwhile NBW has been issued, the present application has been preferred.
4. It is stated that non-availing of the earlier order was never intentional.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering such submission and in the light of the order passed by this Court, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
