1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.652 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Udala arising out of Udala P.S. Case No.264 of 2026 for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail and submits that the Petitioner has the following criminal antecedents:-

4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner as noted hereinabove, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and
moves an application for her release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
5. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
