1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Even though the present writ petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction on the Opp. Party-Bank to sanction the pension/provisional pension, but learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party-Bank while producing letter dtd.21.03.2025 so passed by the AGM & Zonal Head, Zonal Office, Balasore, contended that claim of the Petitioner has been rejected.
4. Copy of the impugned communication is provided to the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Court.
5. In view of the same, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection.
