01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Considering the nature of order passed by this Court under Annexure-1 and on the request made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he is permitted to delete Opposite Party Nos.2 and 4 from the cause title in Court.
4. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 09.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.25775 of 2022.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this

Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. Party-Contemnor to comply the order passed on 09.12.2025. However, if the order is not complied with within the extended time, it will be held as deliberate violation of this Court’s order.
