ORDER

01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.668 of 2026 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, arising out of Gram Ganjam P.S. Case No.157 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 331/126(2)/296/75(2)/351(2)/351(3) of BNS, 2023
3. Taking into account the nature of allegation, as borne out from the statement of the victim recorded under section 183 of the BNSS, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application of pre- arrest bail. However, it shall be open for the Petitioner to surrender and move for bail before the Court in seisin, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
4. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
