ORDER

Order No.

06. 21.08.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. In view of the explanation dated 13.08.2026 of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pattamundai that the suit had been disposed of on 09.03.2019 but no communication was received on his official e-mail on 11.08.2026, on 14.08.2026 while disposing of the CMP, the concerned Dealing Assistant was directed to produce the document to indicate the mode of communication and date of dispatch of his letter dated 30.07.2026, addressed to the leaned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pattamundai.

2. Perused the Noting dated 20.08.2026 of Mr. S.K. Parida, Section Officer Writ Branch-VII where it is stated that communication was issued vide Court’s Issue No.31133 dated 30.07.2026 in accordance with the Notice No.XXXIV- 25/2021-7253 dated 23.04.2025 of this Court, through Order Communication Portal (OCP) mode and routed through the office of the District Judge, Kendrapara. A copy of the Notice No. 7253 dated 23.04.2025 has been annexed to the Noting, communications made in OCP mode in other cases and responses received from the Court have been annexed making the record bulky.

3. It is therefore apparent that the letter dated 30.07.2026 had not been sent by e-mail to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pattamundai directly but through OCP mode through the concerned District Judge.

4. As the report in question has been received from the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pattamundai and the CMP disposed of and clarification furnished by Mr. Parida, it is not necessary for this CMP to be listed again.
