1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. None appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called.
3. Since the Writ Petition has been filed against an order of punishment passed in the Disciplinary Proceeding under Annexure- 1 on 28.10.1996 and petitioner as found from the cause title has already attained the age of superannuation, it is the view of this Court that the Writ Petition has become infructuous with efflux of time.
4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
