05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Since the present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging the enquiry report submitted in the proceeding initiated against the petitioner under OSAP 8th Battalion Proceeding No.12 of 2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.
4. It is open for the petitioner to participate in the proceeding.
5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
6. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
