1. This Writ application had been filed for quashing the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.05.2026 under Annexure-12.
2. Mr. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile, the MOU has been cancelled by the Sub-Collector, Koraput, for which the Petitioner does not want to proceed with this Writ Application.
3. The withdrawal memo which is there on record is not in order. A fresh withdrawal memo signed by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner is filed in Court stating that the Petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ application, as in the meanwhile, the MOU has been revoked by the Sub-Collector, Koraput. The said memo is taken on record.
4. In view of the memo and the submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
