1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the appropriate Authority for reconsideration of his claim.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition along with I.A. stand dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
