08. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 30.06.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhawanipatna in Execution Case No.27 of 2016 of 2002-12 for appointment of Amin Commissioner to demarcate the land.
2. Further proceeding has not been stayed by this Court.
3. Pursuant to order dated 30.07.2026, a report has been received from the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-Cum-JMFC,
Bhawanipatna where it is stated that Execution Case No.27/16/04 of 2002-12-23 in connection to Execution Case No.27/02 and 27/16 of 2002-12 has been disposed of on 20.08.2025 after full satisfaction of the decree.
4. In view of the disposal of the Execution Case, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed.
