1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This RVWPET has been filed seeking review of the order dated 9th July, 2024 passed in CMP No.1320 of 2023.
3. Mr. Sachi Ranjan Behera, learned counsel being authorized by Mr.P.S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no instruction in the matter despite best efforts.
4. A memo in support of the same signed by learned counsel for the Petitioner is also filed in Court today, which is taken on record.
5. In view of the above, the Review Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
