1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This CONTC has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 26th October, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.25305 of 2022.
3. Mr. Asim Kishore Pal, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. A.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order has already been complied with. He also files a memo signed by learned counsel for the Petitioner in support of the same, which is taken on record.
4. In view of the above, the Contempt proceeding is dropped and the CONTC is disposed of accordingly.
