1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.
3. This RVWPET has been filed for review of the order dated 13th August, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.11425 of 2017, more particularly, to modify the order by deleting Paragraph- 11 thereof.
4. The matter was listed on 10th July, 2026 for consideration of I.A. No.2 of 2026, which was filed for amendment of the review petition. None appeared on that date on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter. Hence, the I.A. was dismissed for non-prosecution and the matter is listed today, i.e., 7th August, 2026 for consideration. 5. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing through virtual mode submits that he has handed over the brief to the Petitioner to engage some other counsel.

7. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the review petition, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the RVWPET for non-prosecution.
8. Accordingly, the RVWPET stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
