ORDER
30.07.2026 (Hybrid Mode)
01.
1. The petitioner by filing application alleges non- compliance of the order dated 23.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.30732 of 2024 disposing of the writ petition.
2. Perusal of the annexure to the contempt application indicates that it is a representation in Odia, translated to English it would read: … for payment of my monthly wages/dues this application is made, along with the application the order of the Hon’ble High Court is enclosed and it is requested again. …
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate referring to the order passed by this Courts submits that this Court had directed “… the petitioner to move the authority for redressal of her grievances by making appropriate representation supported by all the necessary documents. …”
4. This Court finds that the representation indicates that the petition has neither filed a representation with any particulars regarding her claim nor has supported her claim by enclosing any documents to her representation.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the contempt application to seek redressal of her grievances as would be available in accordance with law. Memo of date filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which states thus:
“That the case posted today before this Hon’ble Court. As this case not properly appropriate mention this case. That’s why withdraw this petition for the interest of justice.” (sic)
The memo is taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dropped as withdrawn. The petitioner shall find her remedy.
