ORDER
30.07.2026 Hybrid Mode
01. 1. The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.5788 of 2026.
It is submitted that pursuant to the said order dated 10.03.206 before the petitioner moved the authority, the authority has purportedly passed order on 09.03.2026.
2. The learned Additional Standing Counsel has obtained instruction by letter no.7896 dated 30.07.2026 from the office of the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar and produces photo copy of the said order along with a Memo.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel further brings to the notice of this Court that the order dated 09.03.2026 passed by the Special Certificate Officer, office of the Sub- Collector, Bhubaneswar in proceeding No.247 of 2004 has been challenged by the petitioner by filing W.P.(C) No.10587 of 2026. By order dated 29.04.2026, this Court has issued notice and also has passed interim order directing stay of operation of the said order dated 09.03.2026.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt application and the same is dropped.
