1. Learned counsel for the petitioner mentions the matter at the beginning of the day’s proceeding and submits that the order dated 24.12.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.30822 of 2024 has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files memo of date which states thus:
“I, herewith filed a memo, that the present contempt petition has already been complied with, therefore the contempt petition may be Dropped.” (sic)
Memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
2. Show cause has been filed by the opposite party through the Assistant Executive Engineer, Odisha Cooperative Housing Corporation Ltd. stating therein that the order has been complied with. The deponent who has filed affidavit, has tendered unqualified apologies for the inconvenience caused.
3. Apparently, there is some delay in compliance of the order of this Court. The apologies as tendered is accepted.
4. The contempt petition is dropped.
