1. This CRLREV has been filed challenging the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Bargarh in C.T.R. Case No. 02/92 of 2019/24 rejecting the Petitioner’s prayer to be discharged from the proceeding for the offences under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the PC Act.
2. I have heard Mr. Devashis Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sangram Das, learned Standing Counsel for Vigilance.
3. The order dated 19.02.2026 passed in C.T.R. Case No. 02/92 of 2019/24 is set aside.
4. The application of the Petitioner for discharge is allowed and he is discharged from the case.
5. The trial shall now proceed against co-accused Kishore Chandra Dani only.
6. The CRLREV is disposed in terms of the judgment passed in separate sheets today.
7. As, it is stated that the trial is posted to 01.08.2026 for framing of charge, copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial Court forthwith by the Registry.
8. Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
