ORDER

29.07.2026

11. (Through Hybrid Mode)

1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 18.11.2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Balasore in Revocation Misc. Case No.32 of 2015, staying further proceedings in C.S. No.187 of 2010 till disposal of the Revocation Misc. Case.

2. Pursuant to order dated 22.07.2026, a memo has been filed, signed by Mr. Santosh Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating therein that the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this stage and hence, the matter may kindly be disposed of as withdrawn. The said memo is taken on record.

3. Considering the fact that the CMP is pending since more than ten years and the Revocation Misc. Case is of the year 2015, it can safely be presumed that in the meanwhile the said case has been disposed of.

4. As no useful purpose will be served by keeping this CMP pending, it is therefore dismissed.

5. All interim application(s) stand disposed of.
