ORDER

Order No.

04. 28.07.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 27.12.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak in C.M.A. No.270 of 2018, arising out of C.S. No. 307/2015-1 (Annexure-4) allowing the plaintiff (O.P. No.1) to repair the thatched roof of his house.

2. While issuing notice on 30.01.2019 no interim order has been passed by this Court.

3. In view of the nature of order which has been challenged and as no interim order has been passed by this Court staying the operation of this impugned order, I am satisfied that the plaintiff must have repaired the roof of his house in the meanwhile.

4. So no useful purpose would be served by keeping this CMP pending which is accordingly disposed of.

5. Interim application(s) stand disposed of.
