1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 05.03.2016 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore in Civil Suit No. 752 of 2011-I, dismissing the application of the Petitioners (defendants No. 1 to 6) under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC for amendment.
2. Ms. D. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A. P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.
Alok Ku, Mohanty, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 submit that in the meanwhile, Civil Suit No. 752 of 2011-I has been disposed of in terms of the compromise between the plaintiffs and the defendants.
3. In view of this development, nothing remains to be decided in this CMP, which is accordingly dismissed.
