CMP No. 496 of 2016 and Misc. Case No.491 of 2016
1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bolangir in Civil Suit No.57 of 2001.
2. While issuing notice on 30.03.2016, this Court had stayed further proceeding in Civil Suit No. 57 of 2001. The matter has not been listed thereafter.
3. Mr. B.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case has become infructuous as in the meanwhile, the suit has been disposed of. He files a Memo signed by Mr. Trilochan Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner to that effect.
4. The Memo is taken on record.
5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel, interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
6. The CMP and the Misc. Case stand disposed of.
