1. None appears for the Opposite Parties when the matter is called.
2. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 18.05.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kendrapara in C.S. No. 202 of 2016 rejecting the application filed by the Petitioner under Order 39 Rule 3 of CPC for ad interim injunction.
3. Mr. S. Pati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Prasanta Ku. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the suit has been decreed on
28.03.2025 and he files a copy of the order along with a memo which is taken on record.
4. In view of the disposal of the suit, nothing remains to be decided in the CMP, which is accordingly dismissed.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
