1. Compliance affidavit dated 02.01.2025 is on record. Copy of the compliance affidavit is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having gone through the same, she submits that the petitioner may challenge the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by the Authority, Director Secondary Education as the petitioner’s claim has been rejected.
2. By filing the affidavit compliance of the order dated 16.12.2021 in W.P.(C) No.39197 of 2021 passed by this Court is indicated.
This Court is of the view that the order stands complied with. The alleged contemnor has tendered unconditional apology as stated in the affidavit at paragraph 6, which is accepted.
The contempt application is accordingly dropped.
3. The petitioner shall have the liberty to seek redressal of his grievance against the order dated 31.12.2024 as would be available under law.
