07. Utkalika (Through hybrid Mode)
1. The CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 14.01.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bolangir in C.S. No.32 of 2012 vide Annexure-5.
2. None appears for the petitioner when matter is called.
3. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 22.07.2026, on which date learned counsel for Opposite Party No.1 submitted that Opposite Party No.1 had died long since.
4. Since none appears for the petitioner when the matter is called and no steps have been taken for substitution of Opposite Party No.1, the CMP is dismissed.
