1. Learned Additional Government Advocate files memo of date enclosing copy of the order passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 17.12.2021 in W.P.(C) No.35423 of 2021.
2. Copy of the said memo along with the order passed in compliance by the authority shall be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate further tenders unconditional and unqualified apology on behalf of the opposite part/alleged contemnor for the delay in compliance of the order.
