ORDER
Order No. 23.07.2026

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:
“In view of the above noted facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to; Admit this writ petition and direct the Opp. Party to allow the Petitioner-Institution to reconsider the application of the Petitioner and issue Renewal NOC in respect of GNM (120 seats) course for academic session 2026- 27 in view of the compliance made by the petitioner.
And may pass any such appropriate order/orders, relief/reliefs and direction/directions as deem fit and proper.

3. On perusal of the record, it reveals that renewal of NOC sought for by the Petitioner-Institution was not recommended for the academic session 2026-27 on the following grounds:

VIDYA COLLEGE OF NURSING AT- PUNANGA, PO- MARKANDPUR, VIA- JAGATSINGHPUR, DIST- JAGATSINGHPUR, PIN-754103 JAGATSINGH PUR Renewal NoC with Enhancement Seats G N M
1. PARENT HOSPITAL NOT AVAILABLE AS CLINICAL ESTABLISMENT COPY OF PARENT HOSPITAL FOUND FABRICATED.
4. In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the Authority after rectifying the defects pointed out under Annexure-4.
5. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may apply for renewal of NOC in respect of Vidya College of Nursing at Markandapur in the district of Jagatsinghpur for the GNM Course with an intake capacity of 60 seats after rectifying the deficiencies.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
