ORDER
Order No. 23.07.2026

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kataka-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of S.A. No.85 of 2024 within a stipulated period.
3. In course of hearing, Mr. Puran, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that no such application has been moved before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kataka for early disposal of S.A. No.85 of 2024. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable the Petitioner to move an application for early disposal of S.A. No.85 of 2024 stated to be pending before the said Tribunal, stating the reasons therein.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that in the event, the Petitioner files an application for early disposal of S.A.
