1. This CMP has been filed for a direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the I.A. No. 22 of 2013 filed in Execution Case No.09/2010 within a time bound period.
2. This case has been filed in the year, 2016. I.A. No.22 has been filed in the year, 2013.
3. Hence without going into the merits of the case of either party, the CMP is disposed of requesting the Executing Court
puspa to dispose of the I.A. No. 22 of 2013 filed in Execution Case No.09/2010 expeditiously if there is no legal impediment.
