ORDER
Order No.
06. 23.07.2026
(Through hybrid Mode)
1. None appears for the Petitioners and the Opposite Parties, when the matter is called.
2. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 17.09.2016 (Annexure-6) passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jajpur in IA No. 32 of 2016 arising out of C.S. No. 138 of 2014 allowing the petition of the Opposite Party No. 1 to 3 under Section 151 C.P.C. for thatching of their house.
3. Although notice in the matter had been issued on 04.10.2016, but no interim order has been passed.
4. In view of the nature of order which has been challenged and passage of almost 10 years in the meanwhile, it can safely be presumed that the Opposite Parties must have thatched their house.
5. Hence this CMP is dismissed.
