1. This CMP has been filed with the prayer to allow the petition under Order 9 Rule 7 C.P.C. and permit the Petitioners to participate in the further proceedings of the Civil Suit No. 16 of 2015 and not to allow measurement of the suit land or dispossess the petitioners till disposal of the Consolidation Revision Case No. 37 of 2015.
2. Mr. B. Satpathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile Civil Suit No. 16 of 2015 has been disposed of and hence this CMP has been rendered infructuous. He files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.
3. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that although notice had been issued by order dated 21.02.2017, no interim order had been passed.
4. Hence, considering the submission of Mr. B. Satpathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and the memo, the CMP is disposed of.
