1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the letter dated 16th September, 2025 (Annexure-4) issued by the Opposite Party No.1-Bank for providing police assistance to take over possession of the secured assets pursuant to action taken under Section 13 (4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002.
3. In course of hearing, Mr. Muduli, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Odisha, Kataka by filing appropriate application for redressal of his grievances. He also files a memo in support of his submission, which is taken on record.
