1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 29.06.2015 (Annexure-8) for alteration of the decree passed in T.S. No. 251 of 1990 in the Court of the learned Second Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Cuttack.
2. A memo has been filed by Mr. T.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners stating that the CMP has been rendered infructuous. He submits that in the meanwhile, the decree has been modified so no cause of action survives in the CMP. The said memo is taken on record.
