ORDER

21.07.2026

01. (Through Hybrid Mode)

1. The CRLMP has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus to the Opposite Party No.3 to register FIR based on complaint dated 09.02.2026 of the Petitioner under Annexure-1 and to conduct fair and impartial investigation.

2. After going through the averments in the CRLMP, I do not consider this to be a fit case to issue any direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to register any case on the FIR of the Petitioner.

3. It is open to the Petitioner to cooperate with the investigation which must have already commenced as it appears from the averments that bank account and ATM has been used by another person for several monetary transactions.

4. The CRLMP is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
