1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 – Superintendent of Police, Dhenkanal and Opposite Party No.3 – I.I.C., Nihalprasad Police Station to register the FIR and start investigation against the accused persons and the Superintendent of Police, Dhenkanal may also be directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the Petitioner.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the averments in the CRLMP, I am not inclined to issue any direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
3. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
4. It is open to the Petitioner if so advised to avail alternative remedy which is available to him under law.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
