1. This CRLMP has been filed challenging the order dated 12.05.2026 passed in I.A. No. 04 of 2025 arising out of CRP No. 17 of 2025 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri directing the Petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e. from 27.01.2025 along with litigation expense of Rs.5,000/-.
2. Ms. Susmita Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the application stating that a direction may be issued to the learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
3. Learned Judge, Family Court, Puri is requested to make an attempt for disposal of the CRP No. 17 of 2025 expeditiously.
4. Learned Judge, Family Court, Puri shall not be influenced by the amount fixed for interim maintenance and decide CRP No. 17 of 2025 for grant of maintenance in accordance with law.
5. The CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
