ORDER

21.07.2026

01. (Through Hybrid Mode)

1. The CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to register the written allegation under Annexure-1 and investigate into the matter.

2. Perusal of the CRLMP reveals that a complaint had been submitted to the IIC, Jatni Police Station on 21.10.2024, when no action was taken, written allegation was submitted to the DCP, Bhubaneswar. However, there is no document or any endorsement to indicate that the complaints have been given to the authorities concerned. That apart, more than one year has elapsed since the complaints were allegedly sent to the IIC, Jatni Police Station and the DCP, Bhubaneswar.

3. Hence, I do not consider this to be a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue any direction to the Opposite Parties for registration of a case.

4. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
