1. The CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to take immediate action pursuant to the FIR in Govindpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2026, registered on 30.05.2026 against the accused.
2. Mr. S.J. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instruction dated 17.07.2026 of the IIC, Govindpur
Police Station where the steps taken after registration of the FIR has been indicated.
3. Since investigation is in progress, the CRLMP is disposed of without issuing any direction.
