1. The matter being in the list is mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner at the beginning of the day’s proceeding and memo of date is filed, which states thus:
“That the petitioner does not want to press this application and accordingly the same has been withdrawn.” (sic)
Memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
2. The matter was presented on 22.02.2022 and for the last four years the defects have not been removed, though four weeks’ time was granted and on 25.06.2026 further ten days was granted. Apparently, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending before this Court.
3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
Copy of this order shall be forwarded by the Registry to the learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada to be kept in the records of Criminal Proceeding No.09 of 2021 disposed of by order dated 07.01.2022.
