ORDER
20.07.2026 (Hybrid Mode) I.A. No.86 of 2026
01.
1. The I.A. has been filed for extension of time to pay the court fee. As per report of the office, the Court fee has already been paid.
2. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
I.A. No.85 of 2026 and LAA No.20 of 2026
3. The I.A. has been filed seeking condonation of reported delay of 485 days in filing the appeal.
4. Heard learned Additional Standing Counsel for the appellant-petitioner. Referring to the averments made in the I.A., he submits that the delay has been reasonably explained by the appellant-petitioner.
5. Issue notice along with this order in the I.A. as well as appeal to the respondent-opposite parties.
Requisites for issuance of notice by speed post with registration and proof of delivery shall be filed within seven working days. The returnable date be fixed to 24.08.2026.
Steps be taken before the Registry for issuance of notice in the I.A. No.22 of 2026.
6. The matter shall be listed for orders in the week commencing 31.08.2026.
I.A. No.87 of 2026
7. The I.A. has been filed seeking stay of the judgment dated 06.09.2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority (N.D.), Sambalpur in L.A. Case No.474 of 2023.
8. It is submitted that the executing court is proceeding in the matter as per instruction received subsequent to filing of the I.A.
It is submitted that further one week time may be granted to file the I.A. seeking appropriate relief.
Accordingly, the matter shall be listed for orders in the week commencing 31.08.2026.
