ORDER

Order No.

02. 20.07.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to register the FIR dated 01.06.2026 (Annexure-2).

2. On 17.07.2026, after going through the averments in the CRLMP, I was not satisfied that any case was made out for issuing any direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to the Opposite Party No.3 to register any FIR. But the matter was adjourned to today on prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, that the case would be conducted by Mr. Lingaraj Sarangi, learned counsel.

3. Mr. L. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the CRLMP and avail the alternative remedy which is available to him, for non- registration of FIR by the Police.

4. Considering the said submission, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

5. It is not necessary to grant any liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as it is available to him under the BNSS.
