ORDER

20.07.2026

02.

1. The order of detention dated 13th April, 2026 is the subject matter of challenge in the instant writ petition.

2. According to the petitioner, the detention is illegal, impermissible and not legally tenable. In the midst of the pendency of the instant writ petition, it is informed by the learned counsel representing the respective parties that the said order of detention has been recalled and/or revoked.

3. Since the impugned order is no longer in existence, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
