Order No. 20.07.2026

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief. “Under the aforesaid facts circumstances, it is, there for prayed that, the Hon'ble Court would be graciously pleased to:
ISSUE RULE NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ/writs or order/orders and/or direction shall not be passed to extend rehabilitation package for the land acquired for the purpose of Dulinga Coal Mines for NTPC Ltd.”
3. In course of hearing Mr. Guru, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue the matter with the Authority under NTPC.
4. Mrs. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection to such prayer.
5. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission made by Mr. Guru, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
