ORDER

Order No.

06. 20.07.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. This CRLMP has been filed to issue notice to the Opposite Parties and issue directions to the Opposite Party No. 2 and Opposite Party No.3 to conduct proper investigation and to take appropriate actions as per law.

2. Pursuant to order dated 02.07.2026, Mr. Santosh Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the CRLMP had been drafted as per the documents received from the legal aid cell and the Petitioner/deponent had come only for the purpose of swearing the affidavit, for which the there was no discussion about registration of the earlier case Koida PS Case

No. 104 dated 22.08.2024. Therefore, averment regarding Koida PS Case No. 104 of 2024 could not be made in this CRLMP. He submits that it was due to inadvertence and not deliberate.

3. As this submission appears to be reasonable, taking a lenient view, no action is required to be taken against the Petitioner for not mentioning about registration of Koida PS Case No. 104 of 2024, which had ended in final report.

4. Perusal of the case diary reveals that the IO been rather casual in investigation of the case. But as investigation is in progress and the medical report of the victim has also been collected, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the IO in Bari Ramachandrapur PS Case No. 56 of 2025, to complete the investigation in the case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
