ORDER
Order No.
17.07.2026
01. (Through hybrid Mode)
1. None appeared at the time of first call for which the matter had been passed over. When the matter is called again, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
2. This CRLMP has been filed for issue of a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to register the complaint sent by the Petitioner through Speed Post on 20.04.2024 and investigate into the same.
3. It has been stated in the petition that on basis of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 20.04.2024 submitted to the puspa IIC, Bhadrak Rural Police Station, no case was registered. So after two years the Petitioner has submitted a grievance before the S.P., Bhadrak on 25.05.2026 by Speed Post. Thereafter, she approached this Court as no case was registered.
4. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has approached the S.P. two years after the alleged submission of the FIR to the IIC, Bhadrak Rural Police Station, I do not consider this to be a fit case to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution and issue a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to register any case on the basis of the FIR dated 20.04.2024.
5. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
