1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4, the Inspector in-charge, Biridi Police Station to register the written complaint dated 26.04.2026 under Annexure- 1 as FIR.
2. Mr. Susanta Kumar Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as no case was registered on the basis of the written complaint dated 26.04.2026 (Annexure-1), the Petitioner has sent a complaint dated 02.05.2026 to the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur by Speed Post on
05.05.2026. As no case was registered, he has approached this Court.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the averments in the CRLMP and the annextures, the CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail alternative remedy which is available to him under law.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
