1. This CRLMP had been filed as the petitioner was aggrieved by the investigation in Marshaghai PS Case No. 258 of 2022.
2. Mr. Basudev Barik, learned counsel prays for an adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Vide order dated 02.02.2024, the *learned counsel for the State had been directed to place a report with regard to progress in the investigation by the next date and the matter had been directed to be listed on 14.03.2024.
4. Mr. A. K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that no instructions have been received.
