01. The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to long pendency of this S.A. No.217 of 2025 pending on the file of the DRT, Cuttack.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits and we agree that right to speedy justice is one of the facets of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India in the light of a catena of the decisions of the Apex Court.
3. Because of innocuous nature of the prayer and also the participation would be given to the Opposite Parties in the said S.A. when heard, notice to them is dispensed with. We are only passing an order to pass order on the subject S.A.
4. In the above circumstances, the Petition is disposed off requesting the DRT, Cuttack to hear and dispose off S.A. No.217 of 2025 within an outer limit of three (03) months, all contentions having been kept open.
