ORDER

14.07.2026

02. Petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Petition by filing the memo dated 24.04.2026, which has the following script:- “That the advocate for the Petitioner went to withdraw this said application filed this memo before this Hon’ble Court on today.”

Learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties-Bank agrees with the proposal for withdrawal.

In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed off as has been withdrawn, with liberty to agitate the grievance before the D.R.T. In that connection, all contentions are kept open.
